Common Questions
Tell us about your property (approximate garden size, location), what you're looking for (design, maintenance, specialist work), and any particular challenges or goals. Don't worry about providing exhaustive detail—we can discuss specifics during a site visit.
No. The initial site visit and consultation are complimentary. This gives us both an opportunity to discuss your needs, assess what's involved, and determine if we're the right fit for your project.
For design projects, a few weeks notice helps ensure availability. Maintenance services can often begin within a week or two. Seasonal work like autumn planting or spring preparation books up quickly, so earlier contact is advisable.
Our team spends most time on client sites rather than in the office. If you'd like to meet in person, we're happy to arrange a site visit to your property or meet at a convenient location. Just mention this preference when you contact us.
Possibly, depending on the project scope and location. For larger design or renovation projects, we sometimes work further afield. Contact us with your location and project details, and we'll let you know if it's feasible.
You'll receive a response within one business day acknowledging your enquiry. We'll ask any clarifying questions if needed, then arrange a convenient time for an initial consultation or site visit to discuss your project in detail.
